Anyone that still uses IE needs to get themselves learned something fierce. Even my parents no longer use it and they are in their late 50s. 

That being said, if it's so cutting edge that it doesn't work on mobile devices or you need like a brand new mobile device to visit it, I personally don't care but others may, so I just thought I'd throw that out there.
