Well, I certainly did not but it was too late. If it is 12 episodes then I finish it.

(This is a direct translation of my Swedish review at Animecka)

An anime series airing during the summer season consisting of 12 episodes in total.

Animation - 7/10
Sound - 6/10
Story - 4/10
Character - 4/10
Total - 5/10

In short the series is about a number of vampires called "servamps". These vampires kan create contract with humans who then in turn are called "eves". Mahiro, the main character in the series, is introduced as a person of action. He lost his parents when a little child and was taken in by his uncle. Mahiro admires his uncle and has taken over his motto that things should be treated as simple as possible for everyone's best. During the series Mahiro is introduced to the world of the vampires and gets involved in a conflict between these so called servamps where Mahiro chose to try and solve the conflict.

The series have a quality to it that I appreciate to be a standard today. It looks nice without being anything exceptional. The sound was nothing that I thought negatively or positively about. The voice actors did a fine job which was to be expected as I recognised several of them.

The issues I found with the series after I had finished watching it was the story and the characters. The story felt underdeveloped and began to introduce paths which were not always followed up. Many questions left unanswered when the last episode was concluded which immediately left a negative tone to the show as a whole. The last episode ended the conflict but it was uncertain how it effected the involved individuals and what exactly was the deciding factor to the change that the one responsible for the conflict went through.

The characters were, in lack of a more descriptive word; nonexistent. The main character, Mahiro, was quite repetitive with his motto about simplicity and to face someone directly in order to understand each other. This mostly resulted in repetitive phrases as standard and after a while it became quite difficult to take Mahiro seriously as he felt naive thinking he had the solution to everything. The other characters were to some extent interesting and out of them particularity one pair of servamp and eve got extra background history which explained a lot about the two and added depth to them while the others did not get the same treatment in the series. Some characters therefor had potential for further development and depth but this did not fit within the 12 episodes.

Closing Statements
The limit of the 12 episodes brought down any potential the series had. The story could not have been developed as much as it needed to in order to leave a positive impression and the unfair treatment of the characters can partly be explained by the number of episodes. The creators could have done a much better job with distributing the story to fit the actual length of the series.

Lastly I would not recommend this series to anyone. It has some interesting aspects but in the end the viewer will be left feeling unsatisfied as the series as a whole is badly balanced.

Drifters - episode 1

Legal streaming service Crunchyroll (avaible for free users 14th of October)

Quality [SD, 480P, 720P, 1080P]

Posting mostly to add some life to the site. I also referred to Crunchyroll since it is a legal service. I currently have 3 guest passes 48 hours long that have yet to expire. Hit me up if you would like one.

The First episode of Drifters had animation which made me feel like they would need a larger budget. Overall I was quite satisfied with the episode and I believe that the voice actors they chose fit very well with the characters. Just do not expect the Hellsing Ultimate animation quality. xD Looking forward to the next episode!

As of a week ago Inpowerz has been suspended. Al suppose to be getting it back up but I hardly message board these days. I spend more time on skype these days this past month especially weve had a group chat going creeps, pirate, arazez, among alot of new ppl.

We are still releasing drifters manga up to date and our last release was few weeks ago and the fansub group has been reformed as we will be subbing the new drifters anime with new staff and old alike. Also roundboy has contacted me about doing One piece film gold. So maybe we will have one last big bang in us .. Plans are to just to directly upload it tho cause i think everyone is tired of floating around and most ppl just dont feel like registering to a forum these daysXD In refference to you Wao thread neko things have changed so much. Alot of scanlators/subber these days just freelance not releasing under a set group since almost everything is simulcast these days with crunchyroll monopolizing every season also it's a great way to avoid another  cease and decist,

Wondered what had happened. :o

HTTPS in our address means encryption via an SSL certificate, and encryption is good.  This has had a mixture of pros and cons in the past.

Slow internet and computers take longer to translate encrypted data.  So the downside used to be speed.  With modern technology this should not impact anyone on cable internet or better, or anyone with a computer at least newer than 10 years old.  Basically all modern mobile devices are fast enough to work exclusively over https.

The major benefit is security.  If you are entering a password to login to a website without encryption, your username and password are sent over the network in plain text.  As a result anyone could watch for loose packets and capture your credentials.  I haven't been overly concerned about it since this is only a forum, but it's still a benefit to us, and any website with a login "should" used SSL encryption.

As an aside, to give you an idea as to the security concerns, roughly 4 years ago at my college a new free and publicly announced packet sniffer was released and within a week more than 70% of the students had their facebook accounts hijacked.  If was very shortly after that facebook switched to https as the default.

Modern browsers in an attempt to be smart are also preventing http resources from loading on https websites.  The reason is that cookies, which are sent with every request, would then not be encrypted and sent over an "unsecured" request to the internet.  Thus, images using http, without encryption, may not be loaded or displayed, depending on your browser.

Thank you for the easy explanation! :)

Does these mean some kind of change? Like, is it good with https? I don't really know much about such so a bit of explanation would really be appreciated. Sorry. :P

Domain name is difficult but I think that Sea of Numbers has sort of stuck? Besides, doesn't one usually find sites based on desriptions rather than names? Though, as you have a manga-team it is important to connect to them. Though, that in turn depends on how well connected the site wants to be with such.

Perhaps King could rent it out to the folks at INPowerZ.  :D

I am pretty certain I speak for the rest of INPowerZ as well when I say we want nothing to do with InstantZ. We simply have our forum because we liked it as it was and we're mainly people from INPforums. We got a manga team and a small gang talking. I do visit Sea of Numbers occasionally as some people are located on INP and some on SoN and I simply prefer INP because of the forums look and are built. Therefore I hope what will be created here will be easy to use and clean but not empty either.

Best of luck and I'll see you around every now and then! :)

Well, there is the function to turn it off on Android, just saying. ~
Personally I always got it closed off except during long bicycle rides when I want to record distance and stuff. Drains the battery too.
