it would make sense if Lukedonia and the Union are roughly equal in strength, so Clan leaders=Elders
also, they were kinda able to keep up with Franken, who is as strong as a clan leader
they were weaker, but could injure him quite a lotn (and those are supposedly only the weaker ones)

The way I see it, Franken gets always injured because he likes to play with his victim..
and Franken is not as strong as a clan leader, the only reason they had to be 2 to apprehend him is because they didn't want to kill him..

I really think Lukedonia >> Union (at least for the 4+ elders..)

it was explicitely stated that he's as strong as a clan leader, it doesn't contradict the fact that they had to use 2 CLs to capture him alive

it's possible Lukedonia would own the Union, I thought so too at first, but the elders -even if they're way too overconfident- seem to at least be able to put up a fight

well, they probably don't have anyone who could remotely match the Lord

Exactly, there's the Lord, and then there's Rai, who can basically just make one of the Elders disappear with a snap of his finger :p

Yea the Lord should be able to take out most of the Elders by herself(I doubt anyone from the union could match her 1on1)
Heck if she returns the Ragnarok to it's complete form she should be able to solo most of the union
