Yeah, OP have been beating around the bushes quite a lot lately. But Frankly I've always found it somewhat of an annoyance with the series. Gets to new place -> Spend time exploring -> Mets bad guys -> gets curbstomped -> Spends time recovering -> Gets reading for rematch -> Owns bad guys. It's basically how ever new island works out :p
you forgot the party at the end
but it does at great job with the storytelling, so I have nothing to complain about
and now that I think back, pretty much all arcs have been "draggy"
that's just how this series is, it doesn't rush towards its goal
