Final episode looks like it will be good. Wonder what the old geezer is going to do to the blue haired boss girl.

Did the girl decide to save the other guy and send Harada into the void? It looked like their souls merged at the end there.

Yep, I'm wondering what the end will be..

I didn't understand it like that at all. I see it as the girl finally decided to send the other guy into the void, saving Harada and herself. The arbiter then made her go, with Harada, on the "reincarnation" elevator, but as the door closed, he switched back to "void" (with the demon face).
About the soul merging I agree, but I don't really know what to think of it

Ginti was unable to judge Mayu before ,so he tricked her. If she chose to send that other guy to the void in order to save Harada, he would have a justification to send her to the void.
